]]> “La desigualdad es una ley inalterable de la vida humana”, así lo expone George Orwell en su libro 1984. Efectivamente el objetivo del poder es el propio poder, sin embargo, es necesario que exista un límite para así evitar que se violen los derechos de las personas.

El poder es uno de los factores que influye en la formación de una estructura social, donde los que poseen el mando harán lo imposible para conservar su posición, manteniendo al resto de las personas en condiciones mínimas para que no puedan defenderse.

Generalmente llegan momentos de crisis, en que los gobernantes pierden legitimidad, un grupo de la población aprovecha dicha pérdida para despojarle del poder con la promesa de un cambio.

Sin embargo existe la tendencia, de que el nuevo grupo dominante olvide las promesas y se enfoque en su nuevo objetivo, mantener el dominio. Creando así un constante ciclo donde solo cambia el nombre, de quienes están en el mando.

Acaso los mismos errores que se cometieron en la “Cuarta República”, son los que existieron en los últimos años de mandato del fallecido Hugo Chávez y que han aumentado durante el gobierno del actual Presidente Nicolás Maduro.

¿Dónde queda la memoria de las personas que vieron que por menos de lo que se está viviendo actualmente, desterraron a Carlos Andrés Pérez del palacio presidencial?
